The Green Room fleece is available to order!
We announced at the AGM that we planned to launch some Green Room branded merchandise items this season.
The first of these has arrived! The Green Room fleece is now available to order! We have selected an excellent quality fleece with two zipped pockets a fashionable collar and cuff which will feature an embroidered Green Room logo sown on to the left hand breast.
Please note that we can only accept orders for collection from The Green Room wardrobe or postal deliveries within the UK. All orders must be received by FRIDAY 10th MARCH 2023.

Regrettably we are unable to offer returns so please choose your size wisely!
Try on a Fleece at the Green Room Theatre Wardrobe! You can try on a S, M, L or XL fleece for size at our wardrobe. Open 7pm to 8.30pm every Tuesday night. Just turn up at the theatre and one of our wonderful Green Room ladies will assist you. Last date for trying on the fleeces in wardrobe is Tuesday 7th March – final orders Friday 10th March.
Fleece cost: £28 + £7 VAT= £35 each
If postage and packaging is required there will be an additional charge of £5.00 for 1 or 2 fleeces.

General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These general terms and conditions of sale (“General Terms and Conditions of Sale”) apply to any merchandise order you place with The Green Room Theatre, Wilmslow.
- All orders for The Green Room Fleece must be received by 10th March 2023.
- The Green Room Theatre is unable to offer a refund or a credit for any merchandise items ordered – including The Green Room Fleece – that the recipient may wish to return upon the receipt / fulfilment of their order. However if the product or goods are faulty normal consumer protections apply and a refund will be offered.
- Please note that completion of the online order form for The Green Room Fleece does not constitute our acceptance of your offer to purchase products or services from us. We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge that we have received and are processing your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place only when we take payment from you and confirm that we have achieved a minimum order quantity for the item that you have ordered.
- We require a minimum order quantity of 30 fleeces in order to deliver the RRSP price quoted of £35 inc VAT. We therefore reserve the right to cancel your order if we are unable to achieve this collective 30 fleece minimum order quantity.
- The price quoted for The Green Room Fleece is only available up to and including 10th March 2023.
- We require all orders to be collected from The Green Room Theatre, Wilmslow between the hours of 7pm and 8.30pm on a Tuesday night by arrangement with Wardrobe.
- If postage is required the cost is £5 for 1 or 2 fleeces within the UK – this pricing is only available for orders placed up to and including 10th March 2023. If more than 2 fleeces are required to posted to the same address we will need to confirm the postage and packaging cost to you.
- The Green Room fleece is only available for order and delivery inside the UK. We are unable to post or supply any items outside of the UK.
- If we cannot supply you with the product you ordered, we will not process your order, inform you of this in writing (including email) and, if you have already paid for the product or service, we will refund you in full as soon as is reasonably possible.
- We are unable to commit to a delivery timeframe as we are in the hands of our suppliers. We will inform you by email when your merchandise is ready for collection from The Green Room Theatre.
- We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control.
- If you wish to make any changes to your order, or if you wish to cancel your order, this must be notified to us in writing before the order close date. In the case of the fleeces this is 10th March 2023.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order received for any reason that The Green Room Theatre Trustees believe is in the best interests of the Theatre to do so.
