Wheelchair users

Wheelchair users are welcome at the Green Room Theatre.  There is level access throughout.  Set-aside wheelchair spaces are highlighted on our on-line seating plan; these may be reserved only via our Box Office.  Please book as early as possible, in person, by phoning the Ticket-Line (answerphone) on 01625 540933, or by post – and we will contact you to confirm.  Adjacent seats for companions are also set-aside.  Wheelchair seats may be withdrawn from availability in the immediate run-up to a production, if not reserved in good time and if required by others.  The theatre has dedicated accessible toilet facilities.

Book on-line

You can book directly via Ticketsource.
There is a small booking charge, but you will be able to select the seats you prefer.

Book by post

You can send in bookings at any time, by letter or using the flyer/booking form, to the theatre:

Booking Secretary, Green Room Theatre, 85 Chapel Lane, Wilmslow SK9 5JH

Please include payment (cheques made out to Green Room Theatre) and a sae for tickets to be sent to you. These bookings will be dealt with only during the booking period, with priority given to members.

Book via the Ticket-Line – 01625 540933

This is an answerphone service, on which to leave details of your name and a phone number, and of your booking. We will contact you if we are unable to fit you in, but any bookings made by phone should be paid for at a Saturday morning Box Office, or by a cheque in the post. Any seats requested late on, and not paid for in advance, may be sold unless you collect them by 7.15 pm on the night of the performance.

Book in person

You can come to the Green Room on a Saturday morning in the lead up to a play to book tickets in person, when a Ticket Secretary is available on four Saturdays between 11 am and 12 noon. Payment may be made by cash, card or cheque.

Booking period

From early September booking opens for the entire season of plays. All the above booking methods apply. Members receive a newsletter and an email approximately 4 weeks before a play opens.

Returns

Please let us know if you cannot use any tickets you have bought, as returns can be offered for resale. Leave a message, with clear details, on the answerphone, 01625 540933, as early as possible. Messages about late returns may be left until 5pm on the night of a performance; we may be able to resell to people on our waiting lists or anyone waiting in person at the theatre.

Waiting lists

You can leave details on the answerphone (give a name and phone number and details of the night(s) you can attend, and how many seats you need) in case we are told late on of returned tickets. We will contact you as early as possible if we have seats to offer.
