Three evenings - Three different entertainments
Thursday 23 to Saturday 25 September 2021
We look forward to welcoming everyone to our re-opening. Three nights when you can come into the theatre, meet up and enjoy real entertainment at The Green Room. Do join us!
- Thursday 23 September. Rehearsed play reading of “Confusions”. A series of short plays by Alan Ayckbourn. Complications and confusions abound!
- Friday 24 September. Film night. Monsieur Hulot’s Holiday. Jacques Tati’s 1953 comic masterpiece of near-silent technique. A real opportunity to sit back and enjoy the fun. A quirky classic of post-war French cinema. Running time – 90 minutes.
- Saturday 25 September. Catch up on Together Again. A repeat of the Gawsworth Hall outdoor performance that celebrates the lifting of restrictions. A mix of sketches, poems and excerpts from plays the Green Room has performed over the years.
Tickets for each evening cost £5. Each performance starts at 7:45pm. There will be no interval and therefore no tea or coffee will be served.
